THE JOB: The Beverage Manager at Excalibur oversees the Beverage and Cocktails team across multiple beverage outlets, ensuring operations run smoothly and meet MGM standards. This role manages Assistant Managers and staff, supports scheduling and training, monitors performance, and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction.
