Project Manager
A well-established, regional general contractor with a strong presence in the Southeast and a reputation for delivering quality projects across healthcare, retail, and commercial markets. The team operates with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to long-term growth.
Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project delivery. Utilize Procore for project management and Timberline for estimating. Drive project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor. Background in one or more: healthcare, MOB, retail, QSR, worship, government, or office. Ground-up experience preferred; interiors experience also considered. Strong communication and organizational skills. Based in or willing to relocate to the Augusta, GA area.
Base salary. Above-market, uncapped bonus structure. Profit sharing opportunities. 75% employer-covered health insurance. Vehicle allowance + fuel card. Profit sharing.
