  • Be an advocate for and promote a positive Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) culture, compliance with HSSE requirements, and lead by example.

Your Capabilities and Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of twenty years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Strong proven commercial acumen. Experience in contract law, risk management and the A-E industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiating skills including pricing strategies and both contractual and non-contractual risk mitigations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risks and able to exercise good judgment as to which risks can be mitigated, and which risks must be avoided.
  • Extensive knowledge of items that may have a significant impact on projects or Stantec including project schedules, regulatory landscape, technical risks, contractual terms, or client behaviors.
