As an Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will support the daily operations of the housekeeping department while helping maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel or resort.
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education preferred
3+ years of experience in hotel or resort housekeeping, including supervisory experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
