The client has a real estate transaction that has recently signed and has a more unique ask looking for an interim "super" controller / CFO to assist with Transition / insourcing of a fully outsourced finance function / bookkeeper Overseeing system implementation of MRI - which is a specialized software for real estate property management Traditional controllership / FP&A needs - financial reporting, financial statement close, day to day accounting Key resource attributes Industry experience with real estate Familiarity with MRI Financial / controllership experience / CPA.
We are seeking an experienced Interim Controller / CFO to support a real estate organization during a critical transition period. The role will lead the insourcing of a fully outsourced finance and bookkeeping function, oversee a new MRI property management system implementation, and manage core controllership and FP&A activities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong accounting leadership, real estate industry experience, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
