Our current prototype, Polaris, has reached record-breaking plasma temperatures of 150 million degrees Celsius (13 keV). As a Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering, you will lead the development of novel circuit designs and hardware systems for Helion's fusion devices. Your primary responsibility will be to grow and lead a high-performing electrical engineering team by providing mentorship, modeling technical excellence, and driving execution speed. You will solve complex engineering challenges that directly impact machine performance and help deliver clean, low-cost, reliable electricity to the world. This is an onsite role that reports directly to Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering at our Everett, WA office.
