We're seeking a Programmatic Manager to lead the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of commerce-focused programmatic campaigns across retail media and demand-side platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on media professional with experience driving performance through Amazon DSP, retail media networks, and broader programmatic ecosystems. The Programmatic Manager will oversee campaign execution, develop strategic recommendations, manage vendor relationships, and mentor junior team members while delivering best-in-class commerce media solutions for clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of programmatic media buying, audience strategy, campaign optimization, and retail media activation, along with a passion for commerce-driven marketing. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Atlanta, Chicago, or New York office and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
