Base Pay: $50,000 to $60,000.
Bonus: Bonus is in addition to Base Pay. Most directors earn between $10,000 and $15,000 in bonus annually. No limit on bonus.
Total Estimated Compensation (Base Pay Plus Bonus): $60,000 to $75,000
