As a Sr. Director R&D and Innovation Strategy here at Honeywell Technologies, you will be at the forefront of shaping our technology vision and strategy, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Your leadership will play a critical role in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across various business units.
You will report directly to our VP Technology Transformation, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the strategic direction of our technology initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the overall success of the organization. By guiding your team and collaborating with key stakeholders, you will help drive digital transformation and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
