This position is located in Baltimore, MD. The core working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. This is an exempt position. This is a full time position offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and with employer paid contribution to health care coverage. This position requires that the employee must successfully complete criminal history information background check and drug screening and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in all custodial operations at assigned sites. Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections in TAMS, and train field teams on best practices and performance standards. Collaborate with operations and account management to resolve deficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and monitor compliance with safety, environmental standards. Track and report quality metrics and lead corrective actions to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
