We are a premier upscale bar/restaurant looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team of managers and associates. The position will be located at an upscale restaurant in EWR Airport. Role Purpose
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth dining and bar experience for customers. This includes timely seating and food delivery as well as proper attention from cocktail servers. Also responsible for the coordination of staff includes assigning sections in which cocktail servers work, ensuring adequate staffing for the anticipated meal count and adjusting staff levels when dining traffic is less than expected.
