GFG Holdings is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to lead the company's people function. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a growing, high-performance finance environment.
As a key requirement for this position, the successful candidate must possess full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling them to effectively support our diverse workforce and lead cross-border communications.

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
SHRM Certification preferred.
