Facility Services Management, Inc. is dedicated to providing facility maintenance, operations, repairs, construction and renovation services to U.S. Government Agencies and facilities. Under the direction of the President, the Senior Director of Finance will serve as a member of the leadership team and be responsible for financial reporting, conducting trend analysis, and delivering forecasts. The Sr Director of Finance is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices. This position will also assist with the financial affairs of the organization and with the preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management. Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
