JOB SUMMARY: The administrator ensures compliance with all licensing and regional center regulations; safeguards the health, safety, and overall well-being of clients; maintains consistent communication with conservators and external agency representatives; oversees staffing levels and labor hours to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care; and provides ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to direct support staff.
Minimum experience: 3 years of experience in the field working with clients with developmental disabilities. 3 years managerial experience with an A.A. degree or 2 years managerial experience with a B.A. degree.
