Product Manager
Most people spend years waiting to own something meaningful. Here, we hand it to you.
From your first week as a Product Manager at MBI, you'll own products and be responsible for helping drive their performance. You'll work across marketing, inventory, customer insights, creative, finance, operations, and more. You'll make decisions, solve problems, and see the impact of your work in real time.
This isn't a traditional brand management role where you're coordinating with agencies, sitting in meetings, and waiting for approvals. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants to build, learn, and take responsibility for moving the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Own products and drive their growth
- Launch direct mail marketing campaigns and analyze results
- Work closely with creative, finance, operations, customer service, and fulfillment teams
- Manage inventory, forecasting, customer insights, and business performance
- Identify opportunities, solve problems, and make things happen
- Learn how all parts of a consumer products business work together
What This Role Is
- High ownership
- Fast-paced
- Cross-functional
- Analytical and creative
- A chance to learn how to run a business, not just market one
What This Role Isn't
- Pure brand management
- A narrow marketing role
- Endless presentations and status meetings
- Waiting years to earn responsibility
You're Probably a Fit If...
- You have 37 years of experience and are ready for more ownership
- You like figuring things out
- You notice problems and fix them
- You enjoy both strategy and execution
- You aren't afraid to get into the details
- You prefer doing the work over talking about or trafficking the work
This Role Is Probably Not For You If
- You're looking for a highly specialized marketing role
- You prefer a narrow set of responsibilities
- You'd rather coordinate work than own outcomes
Why Join MBI?
Most companies talk about ownership.
Here, you'll actually get it.
If you're looking for meaningful responsibility and the chance to make an impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
