Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Leader to shape and execute our labor strategy across North America. This individual contributor role serves as the primary labor relations expert for our unionized operations in the United States and Canada, while also advising on broader employee relations strategy across the Global Supply Chain manufacturing and distribution center facilities in the region. The successful candidate will influence long-term labor strategy, lead collective bargaining efforts, and help ensure a consistent, positive, and compliant employee experience across our manufacturing footprint.
