You will assist in scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing insurance documentation will also be key components of your role.Daily collaboration with your teammates and providing support in problem-solving will be crucial for fostering a customer-centric environment. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 32–40 hours per week.
