What You'll Own

This Regional Controller will oversee accounting operations across multiple business units within a defined region, supporting both day-to-day execution and ongoing integration efforts tied to growth initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

• Oversight of AP, AR, billing, and revenue processes
• Leading and developing a small accounting team
• Supporting integration of newly acquired entities
• Strengthening internal controls and improving processes
• Partnering with operational leadership to drive performance and accountability
• Supporting audit and compliance efforts

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience within multi-entity, multi-location environments
• Background in public accounting and/or private equity-backed companies is highly valued
• Strong operational accounting foundation with leadership experience
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
