Job description

Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor)

Key Program seeks a Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor) for their DCF residential program serving up to nine adolescents. Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Total Compensation:

Salary: Generous starting salary range: $71,680 - $73,680. Highest end of starting salary for master's degree-level. Commensurate with experience, bachelor's degree-level has potential for starting range salary negotiation.

Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation stipend, extra shift rate, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Insurance:

  • Generous company contribution with over 90% of medical and 70% for dental premiums
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield provider network with low deductibles and co-payments. Including comprehensive preventative, diagnostic, and prescription, wellness and vision reimbursement and, preventative and restorative dental services.
  • Life Insurance (group term life equal to 1.5 times one's annual salary).

Professional Development:

  • Up to $4,000 per year for graduate school tuition assistance and scholarship opportunities for clinical-related graduate school program.
  • Training and practice in evidence-based and innovative treatment methods such as DBT, Risking Connection trauma-informed care framework, and collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization.

Self-Care:

  • Paid time-off benefits include 3 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks sick time, 3 days personal, and 3 days bereavement plus 12 paid holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services related field is required, a master's degree is preferred AND
  • One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting.
  • A valid driver's license and insured vehicle for employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all areas of the residential program's administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training.
  • Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
  • Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being of children/youth.
  • Ensure youths receive quality services that comply with DEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards.
  • Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.

Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, RI DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient mental/behavioral health services.
