Manages the daily retail activities and supports catering for Food Services.
Manages customer satisfaction and looks for ways to enhance the retail dining experience. Seeks out and presents cutting edge systems and equipment to stay on trend with retail concepts. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, and payroll. Oversees daily cash reconciliation and acts as the liaison for vending services. Assists with catering activities as needed. Coordinates retail menu cycles and is responsible for marketing and merchandising of all retail products.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: 3 years of food service supervisory experience. Management experience preferred.
Shift: Primarily for office workers - not eligible for shift differential
