  • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience; high complexity, multi-site responsibility strongly preferred.
  • Proven success developing and leading Lean-based enterprise transformation with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and capital strategy/investment decisions.
  • Distribution and/or fulfillment leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting M&A activity, including manufacturing due diligence, integration planning, and execution across acquired or divested operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results during complex integrations and enterprise change.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve manufacturing decision-making, performance, and workforce effectiveness, including leading upskilling or change adoption across teams.

Leadership Attributes

  • Results-driven, analytically rigorous, and highly data-focused.
  • Strong business financial acumen with deep continuous improvement and Lean mindset
  • Forward-looking leader who anticipates future manufacturing, AI-enabled, and workforce capability needs
  • Influential, enterprise-level leadership
