Job description
Marketing & Creative Coordinator
CastleWorks is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support our multi-brand marketing efforts. This role combines content creation, graphic design, social media management, and marketing coordination to help execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate has a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or 12 years of relevant experience and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Create marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, flyers, mailers, and other collateral
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
- Assist with paid social media campaigns and track campaign performance
- Design marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
- Draft and edit marketing copy, blogs, newsletters, and digital content
- Coordinate photography and video shoots for marketing campaigns
- Maintain online business listings and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Support marketing campaigns, timelines, and project coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and business unit leaders on marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR 15 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager is a plus
