Works hand in hand with the Plant Manager to control the production operation. Oversees and directs production supervisors during their assigned shift, while ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining efficiency, and managing personnel.

Manages supervisors with hourly employees in the plant. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
