Falcon Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join our Fort Lauderdale team. Come join our growing organization! Position summary: The Project Manager owns full project execution from planning through completion, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relationships. This role requires strategic leadership in project planning, negotiation, and execution to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Project planning & execution
• Client & subcontractor management
• Financial oversight & reporting

Qualifications & skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project team.

Physical requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and bend.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and employees.
• Site visits at least 2x per project
