Job description
Job Title
A hands-on leader, this role has experience as a senior software engineer, but is capable of leading and managing a high-performance team of 3-8 full stack developers. This role will focus on the onboarding experience of its users, including signup, activation, retention working in rapid iteration cycles.
Requirements:
- Senior RoR Development Experience
- Experience managing full-stack engineering/developer teams
- Experience in scaled SaaS environments
Nice to Haves:
- AWS experience ideally building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL preferably Postgres
- iOS/Swift, Android/Java
- DevOps experience
Salary: $175-210k Location: Irvine, CA - 100% Remote ok Team: 600 total employees, ~60 in tech team
