We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse / Computer Diagnostic Lead to oversee daily returns operations while ensuring accurate processing and technical evaluation of customer devices.
This role blends warehouse leadership with computer diagnostics , requiring a proactive professional who can manage inventory flow, restore desktops and laptops to OEM standards , and maintain precise reporting.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills , capable of driving efficiency, ensuring quality control, and collaborating across teams to support continuous improvement.
This is an on-site position at our Plano, TX depot .
The work hours are Mon-Frid, 8a -5p Central time.
