Manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are upheld. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain seamless communication and project progress. Monitor project schedules and address any potential delays or challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements. Handle material procurement and inventory management for the construction site. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and updates for stakeholders.

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: a strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations. Ground up new construction experience on projects north of $10M. Projects in retail, municipal, education, and vertical hospitality / multifamily. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
