The Manager, Order-to-Cash (AR) Operations is responsible for leading end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including collections, cash application, and customer deductions, while driving performance visibility, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
This role goes beyond traditional credit and collections management. It requires a leader who can analyze trends, identify root causes, and translate data into actionable insights that improve working capital, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator and business partner who can lead a team, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in a complex, multi-system environment.

Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
