PMO will track & monitor activities that are significant items to Team US Business Consumption workforce development workforce development leads and other key internal stakeholders.
A detailed roadmap of workforce development related milestones, key tasks, and timeline to successfully complete a process/project will be facilitated through the PMO.
The PMO will oversee key projects and develops and maintains project management methodologies, standards, and tools to completion which includes the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget.
This individual will help achieve better quality, consistency, coordination, and oversight of projects across an enterprise.
Additionally, they will play a critical role in tracking key development initiatives and could include stakeholders across Team Americas depending on project scope and facilitate the continued implementation of the PMO organization structure, managing stakeholder engagement, and action tracking in line with project objectives and strategic goals.
