Our team is passionate about making travel stress-free, seamless, and memorable. Position Overview:We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented Travel Scheduling Assistant (Remote) to support our hotel booking team. In this fully remote role, you’ll connect with prospective clients, schedule consultations, and introduce them to our travel planning services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable working remotely, and is passionate about the travel industry. Key Responsibilities:Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our hotel booking servicesQualify leads and schedule appointments for travel advisors and hotel specialistsMaintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and appointment statusRespond to basic inquiries and direct more detailed questions to the appropriate team memberFollow up on previous contacts to ensure continued interest and engagementCollaborate with the team to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion Qualifications:Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video platformsHighly organized with strong time management skillsFriendly, professional, and client-focused demeanorBasic computer proficiency and experience using online calendars or CRM toolsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentMust be 18 or older with reliable internet access and a personal computerInterest in travel, hospitality, or customer service a plus What We Offer:Flexible remote scheduleComprehensive training and supportOpportunities for growth into travel planning or sales rolesAccess to travel industry resources and perksA supportive and engaging team environment Work Environment:This role is fully remote and requires strong self-management and communication.
