The Site Lead supports the Program Manager in overseeing contractor personnel and managing site-specific operations in support of government objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between the Contractor and Government at the assigned site, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with contractual requirements, policies, and performance standards.
The Site Lead provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to contractor personnel to ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work meet or exceed government expectations. This position also plays a critical role in workload management, schedule oversight, case prioritization, and the training and professional development of analysts supporting the mission.
In the absence of the Program Manager, the Site Lead assumes full responsibility for site operations, serving as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
