The position is a producing manager role and is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of the Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO's) of Susser Bank Mortgage for assigned territories. Additionally, the employee is expected to meet minimum production metrics for their book of business. This role is for the Sales Manager that also originates as an MLO. Delivering minimum production metrics for managed producers and employee is critical to long-term success. There are two sets of primary duties and responsibilities for this role:
