We are seeking a highly skilled Ford/Lincoln Certified Service Technician to join our expanding team at Korum Lincoln as a Lead Service Technician in Puyallup, WA.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and hold Ford or Lincoln certification.
This role involves performing precise work on specific repair orders and accurately diagnosing the necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
Hourly Pay Range: $30.62 to $61.31 - May be paid hourly or flat rate
Lead Technician Incentive Program: Potential to earn based on the hours generated by the team in the shop
Monthly Productivity Incentive: Hourly Technicians have the potential to earn monthly productivity bonuses of $1.50 per hour worked, and Flat rate technicians have the potential to earn monthly productivity bonuses up to $3.00 per flat rate hour
