Delphi Developer

Salary: $93,600 - 114,400 per year

Requirements:

• We require strong hands-on experience with Delphi, spanning Delphi 7 through modern XE, 11, and 12 releases.
• We look for a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
• We expect experience with VCL and/or FireMonkey application frameworks.
• We require practical knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• We need experience working with REST APIs and web services.
• We value familiarity with XML and JSON data formats.
• We look for proficiency with Git or comparable version control tools.
• We expect understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile delivery practices.
• We require strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience supporting and enhancing legacy enterprise applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevExpress, FastReports, or similar third-party Delphi libraries is advantageous.
• Experience with modernization, integration, or migration initiatives is beneficial.
• Knowledge of C#, Java, or .NET is considered an additional asset.

• We prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• We work closely with QA, business analysts, and other cross-functional partners.
