The Superintendent, Poultry Processing Retail Further Processing is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the further processing department, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of retail poultry products. This role requires strong leadership in managing production teams, optimizing processes, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Superintendent ensures that all production activities meet company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
