Procurement Coordinator Support A High-Profile 24/7 Warehouse Start-up! Procurement Coordinator DP World Moreno Valley, CA Pay Range: $27.35-30.38 Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? DP World is seeking a procurement coordinator to support a fast-paced warehouse operation by ensuring materials, supplies, equipment, and services are available when needed to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing vendor relationships, tracking purchase orders, and supporting operational success through strong planning and coordination.

What You'll Do
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders for warehouse supplies and operational needs
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchasing documentation
- Partner with operations, inventory control, finance, and maintenance teams to identify purchasing requirements
- Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies
- Support cost-control initiatives and vendor performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
- Assist with supplier onboarding and vendor relationship management
- Generate procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing data
What We're Looking For
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems
- Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or other procurement systems
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes
- Experience supporting Amazon, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution operations preferred
- Continuous improvement or Lean experience is a plus
