A well-established, NYC-based General Contractor / Construction Manager is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Manhattan. The firm specializes exclusively in mid-market commercial interior renovations and fit-outs across the NY metro area not ground-up, not heavy civil.
Project types include corporate office build-outs, retail, healthcare/medical office, hospitality, law firm interiors, and landlord amenity spaces. Typical project values range from $1M$25M.
The Role
You will take full ownership of multiple interior renovation projects simultaneously leading them from preconstruction through closeout while managing and mentoring Assistant Project Managers. This is a senior role for someone who has been running projects at this scale and is ready to lead a team.
