What will you be doing?
- Educate HCPs in the hospital community on all-in-one test kit for mild traumatic brain injury
- Drive awareness of workflow strategies and logistical considerations to streamline access and accelerate treatment initiation.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and referral coordinators.
- Provide deep insights from the field to shape broader commercial strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure message alignment and optimized account engagement.
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales
- Must have a clinical nursing background and experience selling to clinicians in the ED and ICU, preferably in diagnostics.
- Proven success in identifying new business, engaging HCPs, and influencing treatment decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex clinical data clearly
- A driven, compassionate approach centered on improving patient outcomes
- Willingness to travel (some overnight); valid U.S. driver’s license required
The base pay range for this position is $91K – $169K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
