Program Management - Program Manager III
Location: New York, New York (Remote)
Compensation: $54 - $64 Hourly
Role Overview
A temporary Program Manager is sought to support cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for initiatives related to incentive programs and marketing science. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring clear communication and documentation for timely outcomes. The Program Manager will run end-to-end operations for new measurement pilots, managing day-to-day mechanics like enrollment, eligibility verification, credit allocation, and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program planning and daily execution across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to align on requirements, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Drive program operating rhythms, such as status reporting, agendas, meeting notes, and action-item tracking, while maintaining documentation.
- Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Partner with analytics and marketing science stakeholders to help translate insights into actionable program recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping implement scalable workflows.
- Build tracking dashboards and leadership updates, flag risks, and document standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program or project management supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with the client's platforms, including the ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Incentive program experience, such as planning, operations, measurement, or lifecycle management of incentive initiatives.
- Marketing science experience, including familiarity with measurement concepts, experimentation, and data-informed decision making.
- Organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and status updates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
