Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide at Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and nourishment to our residents. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dietary staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality meals and snacks, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food preparation, and serving
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines
Assist with serving meals and snacks to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
Help with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
Collaborate with registered dietitians to develop personalized meal plans for residents with special dietary needs
Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and colleagues
