We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a well-established luxury residential design-build firm specializing in custom homes, major remodels, and high-end interior design projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of a collaborative design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of creative vision, technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional residential environments. The Senior Interior Designer will lead luxury residential projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring a seamless design experience and outstanding project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interior design process for luxury custom homes and major residential remodeling projects from concept through construction. Manage multiple residential design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design quality and client service.
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, preferences, and functional requirements.
Develop design concepts, space plans, finish selections, specifications, and presentation materials.
Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project budgets and design hours while maintaining alignment with project objectives.
Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and supporting design documentation.
Coordinate closely with architecture, construction, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Maintain organized project records, calendars, task lists, and regular project updates.
Support a positive and collaborative team environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably within a design-build environment.
Demonstrated experience leading luxury residential design projects from concept through construction.
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and documentation.
Experience preparing construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
Working knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client communication skills.
Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and design excellence. Proficiency with:

AutoCAD
Adobe Creative Suite
