Job Summary
Join Temple Beit HaYam's Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) as a Toddler Teacher, ages one to two, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are seeking passionate educators to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones here in Stuart, Fl.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Plan developmentally appropriate games and activities for toddlers to encourage social, emotional and cognitive development.
  • Design and implement a daily and weekly schedule.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
  • Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities and progress.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a childcare provider or preschool teacher
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Patient, kind, and nurturing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • First aid/CPR certified (If not we will provide training.)
