Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install and service UHF/VHF, DAS, microwave, and other wireless communication systems. Program basic and mid-level code plugs for two-way radios and related equipment. Perform mobile radio installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. Recommend appropriate equipment and solutions to meet customer needs. Support the sales process through technical expertise and customer communications. Some regional travel and on-call hours are required. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Associate degree in Electronics or IT (or equivalent experience). Level of Experience Requirements: Hands-on experience installing, programming, troubleshooting, and repairing RF equipment and two-way radio systems. Valid Driver’s License. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Proficiency in RF system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical Preferred RF Certification (e.g., ETA, NARTE, or equivalent). IP networking experience. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities. Physical Setting: Office environment with periodic customer site visits and field work. Schedule and Flexibility: Standard hours (8am to 5pm) with occasional after-hours, on-call, and travel to remote or field locations.
