Our Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a skilled facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. Our staff is committed to providing excellent care and services in a friendly, resident-focused, home-like environment.
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the Human Resources Director in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Philadelphia PA. This position would be perfect for someone with an upbeat mentality who enjoys engaging with staff and can run a detailed, organized, department.
Human Resources Director Position Overview:
The Human Resources Director is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the facility level. Implements all Human Resources policies and procedures. The preferred candidate will have a background in long-term care.
