We’ll provide you with the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed. Sourcing & Engaging Talent – Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top candidates.
Building Strong Relationships – Connect with candidates and facility leaders to understand their needs.
Managing the Hiring Process – Screen, interview, and match candidates with amazing job opportunities.
Closing the Deal – Help candidates land their dream roles while supporting facility leadership in building a stellar team.
A background in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality—any experience that involves people, communication, and persuasion!
