Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organization's policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.Essential Functions:Process billing for healthcare services in accordance with federal, state and organizational procedures and protocolAnswer inquiries regarding past-due accounts, benefits and insurance guidelinesContact responsible party to resolve delinquent accounts, prepare payment plans in addition to monitoring adherence to plans and direct accounts to outside collection agencies when necessaryProvide information for reports to identify and resolve accounts receivable and referral problemsPerform various administrative duties consistent with job responsibilities to include data entry, filing, archiving, scanning, etc.Perform other duties as assignedPersonal Traits:All Norton Sound Health Corporation employees are expected to consistently demonstrate the organization's values:integrity, cultural sensitivity and respect for traditional values, continual learning and improving, compassion, teamwork and pride.
