The Development & Grants Manager will help shape that future by leading grant strategy, strengthening donor relationships, cultivating corporate partnerships, and building sustainable revenue streams that allow Cultivate Initiatives to serve more people throughout Portland.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, create, and leave their fingerprints on an organization experiencing significant growth.
