Job description
Be part of a Locally-Owned Autism Company's Expansion in the Phoenix Metro!

Clinical Director/BCBA
Looking for career growth, new challenges, skill development, stability, and better alignment with your long-term goals? We want to hear your story!
What started as a commitment to families in the Phoenix area to reduce diagnostic evaluation wait times has expanded to include ABA and collaborative psychology services to fully support families on their autism journey.

At Axis for Autism, we appreciate mission-driven highly experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts who excel clinically and are dedicated to making a measurable, long-standing impact for Arizona families. Our locally woman-owned, purpose-led organization serving the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas is expanding to meet the growing needs of Arizona families. Seeking a culturally aligned, innovative and experienced Clinical Director/BCBA to advance our passion for increasing access to Autism diagnoses and delivering exceptional applied behavior analysis services, while growing in responsibility with clear pathways for advancement.

Our culture is intentionally designed for growth and sustainability. As the Clinical Director/BCBA, you focus on what you do best, making a difference in the lives of children, and we take care of the rest. Looking to advance your career and skills? Axis for Autism provides resources and mentors aligned with your goals, including in-house CEUs, education stipends, and a generous PTO program. Your wellness and safety are our priority, thus flexibility in scheduling, manageable caseloads, and counseling resources are available. Best-in-class compensation package plus bonus structure, nine paid holidays, paid sick time, plus up to 80% employer paid employee-only healthcare premium.
Happy lives here—people care deeply, collaborate openly, and consistently show up for one another in ways that give you a sense of belonging. When you join us, you become part of a home for hope, creating meaningful impact for families every day through compassion, commitment, and moments that truly matter. And here, you can grow your purpose with opportunities to learn, stretch, and thrive—supported by a team that celebrates your progress and believes in every step you take forward.
The time is right -- take the microphone and tell us your story!
