Job description
Take the next step in your career as our new Remote Support Associate to assist with processing returns and exchanges, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, and support the preparation and delivery of goods or services. Other duties include gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, provide excellent service to customers and team members, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, along with manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
