Pay Rate: $25.50/hr on W2 All Inclusive
Hours: M-F 8am - 4:30pm

Lot of mechanical PM's
Event set-ups
Building rounds
Painting/patching
Light plumbing
General maintenance
Licenses/Certifications:
None required, any HVAC or electrical certifications would be a plus

Good mechanical skills
General carpentry skills
Basic electrical skills
Basic plumbing skills
General HVAC skills
